Angela Priestley | Founding Editor of Women’s Agenda
Women’s Agenda is a daily news publication for women covering business, politics, leadership tech and life, published by the 100% female-owned Agenda Media. It aims to keep businesses and politicians in check when it comes to supporting women and work, delivering must-know news to women every work day via its daily update, and running the national Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards program each year. Women’s Agenda is supported through partner content and research campaigns that the wider Agenda Media team create and deliver for some of Australia’s largest and most progressive employers.
Angela is the founding editor of Women’s Agenda, a daily news publication for women, as well as the CEO of Women’s Agenda parent company Agenda Media, a fast-growing independent news media organisation that’s transforming how Australians access and share compelling news and information.
Angela started her career in journalism and editing before going on to start a number of digital publications and event programs. She acquired Women’s Agenda while on parental leave in 2016 and now runs the Agenda Media business with a team of passionate and talented individuals who all work flexibly due to family or other commitments outside of work. Angela is the mother of three young boys.
