Carina Parisella | Senior Engagement Partner ANZ
Carina is a senior engagement partner, communications pro and serial people connector.
At ANZ she is leading the squad to accelerate the pipeline of tech talent across initiatives including Grads/Interns, Women in Tech and the Spectrum program for autistic individuals.
She is also the Innovation Editor for Bluenotes - the newsroom of ANZ.
Strengthening diversity and innovation, she is focused on attracting and growing tech talent and building a workforce digitally fit for the 21st century. Prior to this, she was instrumental in shaping the ANZ digital partner ecosystem comprised of strategic alliances and startup accelerators to deliver value for customers and community.

Carina was recognised as Finalist for Thought Leader of the Year in the Women in Finance Awards (2017) for her efforts in advocating diversity and innovation in banking and the startup economy.
A seasoned producer and speaker, Carina has consulted on and presented at some of Australia’s premier events including Nat Future Work Summit, Spark Fest, Melb Knowledge Week and ACS Disrupters Awards and has delivered global events including Roadshows and Hackathons.
A relentless optimist and business creative, Carina works at the intersection of Comms, Technology and Innovation with a strong focus on bringing people, ideas and solutions to life.
