Stan Rodski | CoFounder , Thinkgroup
Stan Rodski is a highly respected scientist and authority on how best to deal with brain performance in high stress situations using innovative brain management techniques including the “Thinkgroup Neuropod”.
The considerable pressures of our new digital world are changing our brain and changing our reactions at the personal, family and work life levels with significant impacts on our health. A cognitive neuroscientist, Stan has previously practised as a registered psychologist for over 30 years. His current work as chief neuroscientist for the Think group has led to him working across Australia and internationally developing innovative technologies and programmes for individuals (brain coaching), peak performance sport teams (AFL, NRL), primary, secondary and tertiary schools and companies listed in the world’s top 500 looking for creative brain based initiatives to facilitate corporate success. One such success has been the development of 0SCAR which is a predictive robot for improving unbiased decision making.
Most recently Dr Rodski has been applying his latest research in the brain sciences to areas such as ‘sleep deprivation’, ‘brain fatigue and congestion’ and ‘energy revitalisation and management to harness stress’.
He introduced the brain-science-based ‘colouration method’ to stress management for adults and children. His work using colouring-in techniques led to his best-selling books. Anti-stress, Brain-science and Modern Medi-tation were featured in Oprah Winfrey’s 2016 Christmas wish-list.
In addition to his public speaking, Dr Rodski teaches extensively around the world. He has taught in the London Business School executive education program and the University of NSW(AGSM) programs focusing on neuroscience techniques for leaders. Stan also provides lectures on behalf of BUPA Australia in the important area of ‘sleep science’ with a program called ‘Sleep Well’.
Dr Rodski’s new book “The Neuroscience of Mindfulness” published by Harper Collins was released in December 2018.
